- All prints are made to order and crafted with care in the USA.
- Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 2–5 business days.

Shipping Policy
- USA-only shipping (currently, we do not ship internationally).
- Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose. We'll notify you by email once your order has been shipped.
- Expedited options may be available at checkout.
- Tracking details are provided once the item is shipped.
Customization
- Each order is custom made based on the photo and selections you provide.

Please double-check that your uploaded photo meets quality standards. For best results, we recommend high-resolution images (minimum 150 DPI).
Customization Replacement & Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However:
We’ll gladly send a free replacement if:- The item arrives damaged, low quality, or incorrect
- You notify us within 7 days of delivery

You provide your order number and a brief description of the issue with the product.
We do not offer replacements for:
- Change of mind after production has started.
Cancellations
- After production begins, cancellations are not possible due to the custom nature of our items.
